I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping did an excellent job, even when we requested a late room makeup. Our room on the 18th floor, a connecting room, was already made up for us with fresh towels while we were at breakfast. However, I found the room to be quite small.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Mongkok, making it easy to explore the vibrant area. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the staff, especially Otto, Simon, and Anson, are extremely attentive to their job. However, noise from other guests could be heard at night. The buffet breakfast overlooking soy street is a definite highlight.
The hotel in Mongkok Stanford is clean and well-equipped, offering small rooms that may be tight for a couple but provide a cozy stay. The location is excellent with nearby dining options and convenience stores, though it can be a bit challenging to find without Wi-Fi or Google Maps. The service is top-notch, with very helpful staff willing to go the extra mile like driving guests from the station. The dining experience may not fit Western tastes perfectly, but it does the job. Overall, it's a great value for the money with great customer service and convenience.
